YU Liang
Chairman of the Board

Born in 1965, Mr. Yu graduated from Peking University with a bachelor’s degree in International Economics in 1988 and a master’s degree in Economics in 1997. Mr. Yu had worked for Shenzhen Waimao Group. He joined the Company in 1990, and was appointed as the Company Secretary in 1992. He has been a Director of the Company since 1994. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager in 1996, Executive Deputy General Manager and Finance Manager in 1999, and General Manager (President) of the Company in 2001. In 2017, he was the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Yu currently serves as the Chairman of the Board, GP.

XIE Dong
Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, Deputy Secretary of Party committee

Born in 1965, Mr. Xie graduated from Nanjing Engineering Institution in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in Radio Science. He received a master’s degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1997 and a PhD degree in Management therefrom in 2007. He had worked for Shenzhen RGB Electronics Co., Ltd. of China Shenzhen TV Company (Headquarters). He joined the Company in 1992. Mr. Xie had served as Manager, General Manager and Director of the human resources department, Deputy General Manager and Executive Vice President of the Company. Mr. Xie now serves as the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, GP.

Zhu Jiusheng
Director of Company, President, Chief Executive Officer

Born in 1969, Mr. Zhu obtained a master’s degree and a doctor’s degree in Economics both from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 1993 and 2003 respectively. Mr. Zhu used to work in the Shenzhen branch of China Construction Bank Corporation from 1993 to 2012, and had successively served as vice president of Futian Branch, general manager of credit department and corporate department, and vice president of the Shenzhen Branch. He joined the Company in 2012, and served as Senior Vice President of the Company from 2012 to 2015. He has been the chairman of the board of directors and general manager of Shenzhen Pengding Chuangying Financial Information Services Co., Ltd, an affiliated company of the Company from 2016 to January 2018. Mr. Zhu currently serves as President of the Company, Chief Executive Officer, GP.

HAN Huihua
Executive Vice President and Head of Finance of the Company

Born in 1982, Ms. Han graduated from the University of Science and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Administration in 2003, and received a master’s degree in Administration from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in 2008. Ms. Han is currently a non-practising member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She used to work in the local tax bureau of Xiushui County in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. Ms. Han joined the Company in 2008, and successively held positions of Business Manager, Assistant General Manager and Vice General Manager of Finance and Internal Control Department, and a partner of the financial management functional unit in the management center of the Company. She is currently Executive Vice President and Finance Principal of the Company, GP.

LIU Xiao
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Born in 1979, Mr. Liu graduated from the Harvard Business School with a master’s degree. He used to work for McKinsey & Company. He joined China Vanke Co., Ltd. in 2009 and served as General Manager of the Investment, Financing and Sales Management Department of China Vanke Co., Ltd., General Manager of Zhejiang Vanke Nandu Real Estate Co., Ltd., Chief Partner and Chief Executive Officer of the Northern Regional Business Group, as well as Chief Partner of Beijing Vanke Enterprises Company Limited. Mr. Liu is currently GP, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer.

ZHU Xu

Born in 1975, Ms. Zhu graduated from Hunan College of Finance and Economics (currently known as Hunan University) in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. She obtained a master’s degree in Management from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2001 and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University College London in 2006. She is a British Chevening Scholar and a Certified Tax Agent. She had worked for the Shenzhen Municipal Office of the State Administration of Taxation, National Technologies Inc., and Shenzhen Grandland Decoration Group Co., Ltd. She is currently Secretary of the Board, Group Partner. She is also a member of the 10th session of the listing committee of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, an executive committee member of the second session of the board secretary committee of China Association for Public Companies, and a director of the Chinese Tax Institute.
